We have arrived at a point , were we are able to make connection with current existing business process and vast implications of machine learning and deep learning . We are about to present an Idea of how Artificial Intelligence can capitalize on the existing business process data , to give results that cannot be given by dozens of top managers and operational overheads .

Understanding the Knowledge Soup of the company

Every IT company’s blood line is the Overall knowledge base , that decides whether it will survive the hungry marketplace or not. The goal of the management would be always keeping the knowledge soup well balanced and equipped .

How would the Management can find out precisely , what is the current knowledge of the team and what knowledge to be trained or recruited ?

Well , we surprisingly found a hack to answer this question .. without hiring too many top level managers . The data from every activities registered by each employee can be tapped and feed into a Deep Learning model , this gives a High Level Tree Map , On total skill set the company holds at the current time . This ever changing parameters can be observed dynamically by AI System and alert can be triggered , if there is profound lack of knowledge or skill exhibited from the previous meta data.
